Tamara Martin is the Director of the Tennessee Mental Health Consumers’ Association Peer Intensive Care Program. Tamara has nine years’ experience in higher education and nineteen years in counseling. Tamara holds a Master of Human Relations, a branch of Psychology, which enables her to communicate with a wide range of clients and staff.
