In-person attendees will need to be fully vaccinated as defined by the CDC to attend the event. You are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after your second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after the single-dose J&J/Janssen vaccine.
Providing Proof of Vaccinatation
NASMHPD is partnering with ShareMy.Health, a HIPAA compliant software tool, to improve the safety and wellness of the annual meeting.
In accordance with our event’s COVID policy, you are required to upload proof of vaccination displaying the final dose received on or before July 21.
Click Here to activate (link is external) your ShareMy.Health account. Please use the same email address used to register for the annual meeting. If you are using ShareMyHealth for the first time, it will prompt you to create a password. Once on site, Click “Upload Your Vaccination” in ShareMy.Health to comply.

We are following the CDC and Arlington, Virginia’s governing ordinance regarding indoor masking. While masks are not required at this time, they are encouraged for this event. According to the CDC, Arlington County, Virginia’s COVID-19 community level is Medium.
- If you are at high risk for severe illness, please talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask and take other precautions
