For Members

  • I can’t log in to my MemberClicks account. What should I do?
    • If you are unable to log on to your account because the password or username was “not recognized”, selecting “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” on the log in screen. If you continue to have issues and are unable to reset your information, please reach out to anthony.mcrae@nasmhpd.org for further assistance. 
  • Can I register more than 1 person at the same time?
    • Our system will only allow users who are logged in to register under self.  To register a colleague, you must be logged into their personal account.  If your colleague has used Memberships and is not sure of their username or password, please have them follow instructions in question above.  If they are using MemberClicks for the first time, please have them enter information in the New User section and follow prompts.  If you have issues, please contact anthony.mcrae@nasmhpd.org for further assistance.
  • How do I pay an invoice for the Annual Meeting?
    • There are three ways to pay for invoices:
      • To pay online, you can log in to the account that has the invoice on the MemberClicks user platform. Here is the link to that: https://nasmhpd.memberclicks.net/login. Once you log in, if you click the option, “My Profile” and hover over the “My Profile” option in the sub menu, you’ll see the option for “Invoices”. Clicking on that, it will take you to a page where you can see their invoice. If you click on the ID number for the invoice, it will take you to the invoice where you will then be able to remit payment for it online.
      • To pay over the phone, you can call Cheryl Gibson at the following number: 703-682-7556. She will be able to take the payment over the phone on Monday – Thursday from 7:30 AM - 3 PM ET.
      • To pay offline, you can mail a check to our office at: NASMHPD, Attn: NASMHPD Annual Meeting, 675 N. Washington, Suite 470, Alexandria, VA  22314. Please send anthony.mcrae@nasmhpd.org notification that a check has been mailed. 
  • How do we reserve rooms at the hotel for the conference? What is the hotel rate?
    • We have reserved a select number rooms at the federal government per diem rate of $183/night plus applicable taxes.  The discounted hotel rate is guaranteed only through June 27, 2025 or until all rooms in block are full. Reservations made after, are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates. Booking information will be included in your confirmation letter.

For Sponsors & Exhibitors

  • How do we reserve rooms at the hotel for the conference? What is the hotel rate?

Reservations made after, are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates. Booking information will be included in your confirmation letter.
  • How can we learn more about the benefits of being a sponsor or exhibitor for the annual meeting?
    • Please refer to our 2025 Sponsor Prospectus for more information on the benefits for sponsors.
  • How are table spaces assigned?
    • Exhibitors have the option to select desired location.  All requests for exhibit locations will be considered but are not guaranteed. Sponsorship levels will be taken into consideration when selecting a location.
  • Do we have to register staff that will be at the exhibit booth? 
    • All attendees must register, including those that receive complimentary registration with their sponsorship.  Registration cost for sponsors and exhibitors only is $1,200 per attendee. (Take advantage of our Early Bird registration before May 1, 2025 with a discounted rate of $1,000 per attendee.) Registration gives attendees access to all events (except for closed commissioner only sessions) for the entirety of the meeting as well as all meals.
  • Where can I view the latest information for the meeting?
    • The latest information for the meeting can be viewed on our annual meeting web page. As we get closer to the meeting, this page will be frequently updated with information pertaining to the meeting with information such as agenda, participants and sponsor lists, and other meeting related materials.

  • Who do we contact for our electric/power needs?

  • When will we receive the attendee list?
    • We will provide you with the attendee list one week before the meeting.
