Program Director, McLean OnTrack program for first episode psychosis

I am motivated to better understand clinical interventions and program development for young adults experiencing the early phases of psychosis. As the Program Director for McLean OnTrack, which treats first episode transdiagnostic psychosis, I have the skills necessary to disseminate knowledge on clinical interventions and program development within the field of first episode psychosis. Over the past seven years I have been a pivotal force in turning OnTrack into the thriving program it is today; this experience has helped me to develop crucial leadership skills. Since my career at McLean began I have consistently been identified as a clinician who has a strong interest in supporting the family members of those experiencing psychosis. Capitalizing on resources within the Psychotic Disorders Division here at McLean, I have participated in research, direct patient care, and administrative functions that have highlighted my versatility within the fields of mental health care and social work
