Promoting Meaningful Family Involvement in Coordinated Specialty Care Programming for Persons with First Episode of Psychosis

Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) is a team-based, recovery-oriented treatment model that has been shown to have a positive impact on individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis (FEP).  This webinar will highlight: the impact that FEP can have on families; the rationale and benefits of involving families within CSC program models; psychoeducational services for families; examples of the ways in which family members can be helpful in treatment planning and recovery goals; and the types of supports than families can offer to one another.
